Ahhhh!!! I have so many feelings, nervous excitement, anticipation, hope. What a fantastic experience just to plan it, to envision it, to manifest it! The dates are set, the venue prepared, the workshops and menus are coming together. Now we open this offering and trust the right people are coming to experience this transformation. We cannot wait to see you!

I took a few extra moments during this morning’s practice to breathe in the magic of the energy we are creating together. The space, the breath, the collective movement. How lucky are we?! The ocean breezes have been picking up lately and the classes have had such a special energy. Like the surf and the trees are moving with us. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I’m so grateful to this growing community of yogis coming together on Sunday mornings. There is something very speci
